Why is my dog's stomach big and hard after diarrhea and vomit?

Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 3 years and 11 months old | 6.5 lbs

My dog had diarrhea a few days ago ans some vomit. The diarrhea is gone but is still a little dark but is not too soft. She is active and is drinking water normally. I am seeing her stomach kind of big and a little hard

Vomiting and diarrhea together is commonly referred to as gastroenteritis. There can be several causes for gastroenteritis such as metabolic issues, pancreatitis, dietary indiscretion, intestinal parasites and a foreign body/blockage. If you are seeing blood in the vomit or feces I would recommend taking your dog to the vet to be evaluated. Your vet may recommend blood work and X-rays to figure out what exactly is going on.
