What are these dry, flaky patches on my dog's face? Vet needed?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 25 lbs

Twyla has developed a few dry patches in her lip right side, above the left eye, small patch bottom right eye . Is this something she needs to see the vet , what are these patches?

Hello, thank you for using Pet Coach! Many skin issues can appear the same clinically, therefore, these bald patches could be due to any number of things. My top differentials would be: * mange * ringworm * bacterial infection * yeast infection * autoimmune disorder I do think you should take Twyla to your vet for an exam so you can get this figured out.
