Puppy bitten, not eating, can't walk. When should I see a vet?

I have a two months old puppy (street dog ).He is Bitten by another dog around his neck and back. He is restless and not eating food by own .He is also not able to walk properly​ .What should I have to do?

You must take him to the vet urgently, dog bites always get infected and that is probably why he is showing those symptoms. it is also very painful and he will probably need pain killers as well as an antibiotic course in order to fight the infection.
