My cat is sneezing, not eating, and lethargic after vaccination.

Question

Hi, my cat is sneezing and there is mucus coming out of his nose. There is gunk in his tear ducts too. He is eating, but not very much. I give him kmr and he drinks most of it but leaves some behind sometimes. Basically, whatever i give him, he leave some behind no matter how small the amount of food i give him. He recently got vaccined 5 days ago. He is extremely active but today he looks a bit toned down for some reason. I am so worried . Should i take him to the vet? What could it be? Yes, I would suggest that you have him checked over so you could have some medications for his eyes which otherways might not get better. It could be just a viral infection, cat flu. It could be secondary to the vaccination , a bit like with the human flu vaccination but It depends on which vaccination he had. Hope Salam gets better soon !
