My spayed dog leaks fluid, vulva red and swollen. Is it an infection?

My spayed 10 year old female dogs seems to be leaking some clear fluid. Her private area is red and swollen. She has been on medication for a leaky bladder but nothing works. What could this be?

This is likely to be a vaginal infection, very possibly a complication of the leaky bladder. i would recommend taking her to your vet in order to get it checked and treated, she will probably need antibiotics.
