Pet's info: Fish | Unknown - Fish
My guppy has been swimming weird in the tank with his tail more up like someone pinched its tail and is holding it up then a couple weeks later it started to stay towards the bottom of the tank and not move as much as I liked it to so I noticed his tail didn't look the same size but I might have been over thinking but I didn't remember it being that small so I just left and went to check on him later and he was dead. do you have any idea what happened so I have future reference for my other fish

I'm sorry for the loss of your guppy. It may have been infection (bacterial, fungal or parasitic). If there were other fish in the tank, he may have been nipped at, leading to infection. This could be why his tail looked smaller or "pinched". Check water chemistry and maintain water quality. This is the best way to keep fish healthy.
