Why does my dog temporarily collapse and shiver after barking?

Question

My dog faces temporary paralysis when she barks suddenly like when she is sleeping and hears some noise and runs barking towards the noise...while running she falls on the floor whole body shivering and unable to move. Then after 10-15 minutes, she is normal again. This happened multiple times in last few days. Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | unspayed | 62 lbs

This could be a respiratory problem causing her to collapse when doing too much fast exercise. My dog did this when she had a liver tumor pushing on her lungs. This is a serious medical problem so I would keep her quiet to prevent these episodes and take her in right away for an exam and work up. Hopefully with the proper treatment she will stop this.
