Can Petco vets at vaccine clinics fill out proof of vaccination forms?

I was just wondering about your vaccine clinics and also would the vet that is there be able to fill out a form for where I live

The vet will be able to fill out a form confirming that Chaka has been vaccinated, just bring the form with you to the vaccine clinic. I'm not sure what other information you want about the vaccine clinics, so I recommend posting again with a specific question so I or another expert can help you :-)

If you need proof of vaccination, you should contact the clinic that saw your pet directly. They may have sent information about each visit that your puppy has been to at the clinic to your email. If you need documentation- visit the clinic that examined and vaccinated your puppy. Thank you

Congratulations on your new addition! You do not need any papers for Church to receive vaccinations. It would be helpful to know if he has ever had any vaccinations before, but if you don't know the veterinarian can still give you a recommendation for a vaccine schedule. We are a website for pet advice, so we cannot access records at Petco stores. You will need to call that Petco to see if you can get the records, but they may not release them to you because you weren't the owner when Hachi was originally brought it. Any reputable breeder would provide the papers proving that vaccines were given, and the fact that the breeder is refusing to give them to you make me suspicious he never got any vaccines. I would treat it like this second shot is his first shot, and do three total rounds of vaccines. It will not hurt him, and you don't want to take the risk that he didn't get his first shot, so only giving him two will not leave him fully vaccinated. I hope this helps!

Hello. Yes, you can absolutely do this ( although clinics are usually once a month ). It is never too late to start vaccinating a dog & you are not required to go back to the same site for the booster vaccinations. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Hello! I am sorry to hear that, but don't worry- the hospital where your dog went will have the records if they are in the past few years! If you went to a vaccination clinic at Petco you can call (877) 738-6742 and they will direct you! I hope this is helpful!

They are possibly the same, but I cannot tell you as I do not know what vaccines your vet gave your puppy. I suggest you finish the basic vaccinations with your present vet to ensure your puppy is properly protected. Ask your vet for vaccination record and then you can take that to the PetCo clinics for the vet there to determine the necessary boosters.

Hi Sayra, Unless Dylan received his vaccinations at one of our VETCO clinics we cannot give you any records. The records must come from the veterinarian/veterinary clinic that administered the vaccinations. If you need proof of his vaccinations but you cannot get the records, unfortunately you will have to have him vaccinated again. If you have him vaccinated at a VETCO clinic the records will be available indefinitely so you don't have to worry about every losing them. Hope this helps.
