Why is my cat coughing and sneezing after C-section surgery?

You Hello dear I my cat was pregnant and then she had misscaridge due to some infection cuz she got pregnant from stray cat.. so we did c section for her and spaying same time.. after staying in hospital 3 days I took her home she was fine... and now after one week or so she started kinda vomiting but she’s not ... it’s luke she’s trying to get out something that is stuck in her throuat .. after again she’s very friendly and playful then after an hour maybe she’s starting to sneez or I don’t und

These may be signs of a upper respiratory infection or tracheal irritation if she was intubated for her surgery. Either can cause inflammation in their throat and affect their sinuses. IF this pattern is still occurring, then i would have your vet rechecked. SHe is likely already on an antibiotics since she had an infection prior to the c section, but they can add medication to help with the sneezing and coughing/retching to help her comfort and recover.
