My puppy's poop has white strings and mucus. Are these worms?

Loki has 7 pups who are almost 5 weeks old. And I just found this stringy white stuff in their stool, before a couple of them had a little mucus in their poop. We took them to the vet 2 days ago, and they had a virus, and were having some upper respiratory problems. So the vet subscribed us amoxicillin for 10 days, they are having it twice a day. Is this stool normal for their condition? Does it look like worms to you?

Your puppies have roundworms. This is quite normal for puppies this age and easily treated, You will need to get some puppy wormer from either your vet or a pet shop and treat them, preferably now and again in 2-3 weeks.
