Why does my spayed dog keep getting a foul smell every 2 months?

Diesel is having a foul order. She gets this like every 2 two months roughly. She is spayed so it isn’t heat. Please help! Pet's info: Dog | BullBoxer | Female | spayed | 3 years and 9 months old | 65 lbs

Can you isolate where the smell is coming from? If it is coming and going every 2 months, I would wonder if she is having problems with her anal glands. If the smell appears to be coming from her skin, it is possible that it is from the bacteria or yeast on her skin.
