My dog has a little red sore under his bum hole we think he could have dragged his bum on a rough ground is this normal it is a little inflamed but he is fine in himself. Pet's info: Dog | Toy Poodle | Male | neutered | 8 years and 10 months old

He could be having a problem with his anal gland and have an infection and/or need the glands expressed. If the problem continues than have your vet examine him to determine the cause. Your vet can express his glands, if needed.
