My medium dog likes small breed food. Is it safe for him to eat it?

I have a 50 lb dog , and 2 small Jack Russel's the problem is he likes their small breed food better than his own. Will it be ok for him to eat small breed also. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 1 month old | 50 lbs

Small breed food should not do any harm to a medium breed dog unless he has any specific medical conditions which require him to be on a specialised prescription food. Food for larger breeds can be supplemented for joint health and made with larger kibble for dental health so you may be loosing these benefits depending on the brand you are feeding
