My 13-year-old cat has constant eye discharge. Should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 12 years and 8 months old | 9 lbs

I have a 13 yr old tabby cinnamon colour male cat, his diet is preventive cat food. My question is he always accumulate a discard from his eyes, i use warm water to clean but it keeps coming back, what do you recommenced

I would have Junor seen by a vet. This discharge can be indicative of an eye infection, and that requires an antibiotic eye ointment to treat. The eye is such a delicate and important structure that any problem with it should be considered an emergency. That's because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. I would take Junor into a vet right away to have his eyes examined and treated.
