Why is my dog shaking, falling, and teary-eyed? Could it be seizures?

My bitch shakes with very high speed and her eyes full with tears she also falls dkwn on the ground during shaking and feel tired

It sounds like Rosy could have seizures. She needs to see a vet as soon as possible for this. Seizures could be caused by liver disease, high or low blood sugar, kidney failure, toxins, brain tumors, or trauma to the brain. The vet can use a physical exam, blood tests, and urinalysis to treat to diagnose what is causing the seizures and can treat her for it. If Rosy seizures again before you can seek vet care: - Don't put your hands near her mouth - Keep some rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle to spray on the pads of the feet for cooling - Monitor her at all times during the seizure to ensure that she cannot hurt herself by crashing into furniture, etc - If the seizure continues for more than 5 minutes, seek emergency care immediately
