What are the best home remedies for dogs with sensitive skin and skin problems (i.e tablespoon of coconut oil, spray of lemon and oil olive, etc)?

You can give him a sensitive skin formulated food, such as Hills Science diet canine sensitive skin. You can give him Vitamin E supplementations or baths with Vitamin E. Oatmeal and Epsom salt baths can also be soothing to dogs with sensitive skin. Sprays with lemon and olive oil will not help, but fish oil supplements may help. Your dog can have 1,000 mg fish oil containing 300 mg of EPA/DHA combined for every 30 pounds of body weight. I would try using these methods to see if that helps your dog :-)
