This is very concerning and indicates internal bleeding and ulceration and possibly an intussuception where the gut has folded in on itself. She needs emergency veterinary care immediately and at such an age such a severe presentation could become life-threatening

    When a dog poops, it is normal to see a reddish ring of tissue around the feces as they are pushed out. This is the mucosa of the colon. If it looks like there is a lot of tissue coming out when Milly poops, then she could be suffering from a rectal prolapse, which isn't normal, and I would have her seen by a vet for this.
