My puppy's paw pad wound won't heal and keeps bleeding. What to do?

My 4 month old pitbull has a wound on her paw pad. It keeps opening and bleeding I'm worried about it getting infected she has had it for a week. It won't close and some days she babies the leg. Should I leave it alone? Is it to late to apply bag bomb and wrap it? What should I do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 8 days old | 30 lbs

Poor Moo Moo! I would have her seen by a vet in the morning for this. I too would be concerned about it getting infected, especially if she's had it for a week and it has shown no sign of healing. It may need to be sutured close. Please bring her into the vet in the morning to have her wound treated.
