My guinea pig was upside down. What injuries should I watch for and when to see a vet?

My guinea pig was in there feeder upside down for I don't know how long. Possible leg injury and something's wrong with her nose it's maybe a little swollen. I want to know is there any thing else I should watch for? Or if I should take her to the vet immediately? Pet's info: Other | Unknown - Other | Female

Ouch, poor Twinky! I would watch her for now, and if her nose is still swollen in the morning and her leg still appears injured, I would have her seen by a vet then. Should she appear very painful, her nose continues to swell, or she isn't eating and drinking, i would have her seen by a vet immediately. I hope she's ok!
