My cat is vomiting, bloody stool, won't eat, cries. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 4 months old

Not eating or drinking.she has threw up 4 times&has green bloody stool&cries when I pick her up.the vet said its hairball.could it be something else?

I would be concerned that Hutchi could have a foreign body, severe GI illness, ate something rotten or toxic, or could have pancreatitis. I can't see her in person, so I can't say for this for certain, but her symptoms appear to me to be caused by something more severe than a hairball. It's also serious she isn't eating or drinking, and I would take her back into the vet or have her see another vet for a second opinion.
