Why is my 1-year-old Jack Russell shedding so much? Is it medical?

My 1 year old wire hair parson jackrussell sheds constantly. Every time he shakes its like snow falling. I've never seen a dog shed this much. I wonder if its a medical issue. We feed him organic grain free, dairy free kibble + raw diet. Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 1 year and 1 month old | 17 lbs
