Inappetence can be a sign of something quite serious especially if it is accompanied by lethargy, vomiting or diarrhea. If it has been more than 48 hours since Digby ate, a trip to the veterinarian tomorrow morning is warranted. Good luck! I hope Digby is feeling better soon.

Poor Digby! Anorexia is a very general sign of illness, and his lack of eating recently could be due to dental problems, systemic illness, infection, inflammation, or injury. I can understand being worried about him, and I feel it's best to have Digby seen by a vet tomorrow for a health check. The vet can determine if there is a medical cause behind his lack of appetite, and can discuss treatment options with you.
