My dog has pink, dime-sized bumps under skin. Is it worms or allergy?

My dog has placed just under her skin in various areas that are almost like dime sized discs. They come and go, and the one that is close to her belly is pinkish/red. She battled roundworms a few times, our other dog has not. Is this worms or something? Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Female | spayed | 3 years and 8 months old | 45 lbs

Yes your description could be eventually compatible with ringworm recurrent infection. The other option is an allergic reaction in my opinion. I would consider to have her checked by your veterinarian and tested /and treated) for ringworm.
