What can I give my dog for bladder infection pain before the vet?

My in laws are dog sitting for me & just called to tell me she has a bladder infection.. I can't get her into a vet until tomorrow, is there anything I can give her in the meantime for pain? Thanks so much, Shelby. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | spayed | 100 lbs

Unfortunately, there are no OTC pain medications you can give Harley. That's because many are toxic to dogs and can be fatal if given. Make sure she has plenty of water tonight, and you can soak her dry food in gently warmed low sodium beef or chicken broth to get more fluids into her tonight. Having her seen by a vet tomorrow is a good idea.
