My dog's tummy hurts and is noisy. Can I feed her chicken and rice?

Doctor Elbanez,her tummy was hurting yesterday too but the noises weren't loud as they are today. Should I give her chicken and rise? Your advice is greatly appreciated. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 9 months old | 4 lbs

I am going to answer to this question, waiting eventually for Dr. Elbanez to answer as well. I would continue to give her the same diet in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice any diarrhoea, vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.
