What should I give my little precious for her tummy ache? Her tummy is making loud noises and the poor thing is all curled up with me on the bed. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 9 months old | 4 lbs

Abdominal pain in dogs is different than in himans, you can't give her meds without knowing what is causing this. withhold food for 12 hours, but if she is not better by then or if she seems worse you need to take her to the vet in order to get it checked, it could be serious.
