Why is my cat's eye weepy and half-closed? Could it be conjunctivitis?

Hi. I have a female 10 month old cat I adopted from Spain she arrived three weeks ago. She seemed fine but the last two days I have noticed her eye is abit weepy and it's half closed. Could this be conjutivitis? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female
