My puppy's paw got into hot tea. Is it burned? What should I do?

My puppie put his paw in hot tea will he be ok?

Poor Scut! It's possible that the tea may have burned his paw, depending on how hot it was. I would recommend examining his paw pads closely - if they look red and sore, or if they have any blisters on them, I would take him to the vet to have this checked. If the paw looks normal and he is not limping or acting painful, then he should be okay :)

    I would monitor the area several times a day for signs of his skin having problems. Just like with us, it could blister and even slough off. If you have any concerns on how it is looking I wouldn't hesitate to take him to see your veterinarian. I hope he improves quickly. Thanks for using Pet Coach!
