My dog suddenly won't put weight on his rear leg. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 3 months old

Bruno was normal running inside the house I also look my security cam it just show he sit on one place on his left rear leg support and when he stand up he not able to ke his right rear leg on ground rest he is running also but he can't keep and give support on right rear leg but he can run easily he is kinda having mild pain also itnlook like but why suddenly he not able to keep his right rear leg on ground ? Without any hurt ? Is this something rare disease or what ?

Try restricting Bruno's activity for 24 hours. Leash walk him for elimination and avoid any running, jumping or rough play. If the lameness persists, have him seen by your veterinarian for a complete physical and orthopedic exam. Bruno may have injured his hip or knee. Xrays will likely be indicated to diagnose or confirm joint disease or ligament damage.
