My dog can't stand or lift head after parvo recovery. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | 3 months and 4 days old | 1lb

My pet is just now recovered from the parvo infection. My vets injected him with 3salines and 4 injections during the recovery process. Now the thing is that i dont know why he cant get up and pick his head up it seems he is having a headache and cant put his leg for a long period of time. Please give me solutions.

This is a sign of extreme weakness, your puppy is obviously still very far from recovering from Parvo, you need to make sure he stays hydrated, if he isn't vomiting you need to encourage him to drink as much as possible, and of course continue with the treatment your vet gave you.
