Guinea pig with tumor has red discharge, not eating or pooping. Why?

My guinea pig had some kind of stomach tumor (had to take him to the vet), and he was fine. His poop got better and he started to drink. However, now, he isn't pooping and isn't peeing. Nor is he eating. He was hungry but didn't eat. When I picked him up, it seemed as if something was coming out of his anus, it was something red. What could it be and what could be done?

i am only guessing that this is all connected to the same tumor you talked about, these tumors are not curable and will eventually make her worse, which seems to be the case unfortunately. you need to take her to the vet ASAP but bear in mind she might need to be put to sleep.
