Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 10 months and 27 days old | 6 lbs
10 minth old female kitty. Spayed 6 weeks ago. Everything normal. Found tiny glob of red tissue in urine. Feeding dry and wet food. Not straining or crying when in litter box. Very active.

This could be a sign of a UTI or bladder stones in Mouse. I would save this glob of red tissue for the vet to examine if possible, and then I would bring her into a vet tomorrow for a physical exam, blood test, and urinalysis. Using these tests and examining the tissues, the vet can determine if Mouse does have a UTI or bladder stones, and can prescribe her the appropriate treatment.
