My dog's poop is powdery and has a pink tint. Should I worry?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 lbs

If her poop is powder form what does that mean? I also saw tinted pink tone to it. Thank you

Abnormal consistency of a dog's stool can happen for several reasons. If the stool is very dry and there is a higher amount of fiber in the diet, the stools can be powder-like. Some pink tinge could come from mucous lining the colon to help the bowel movements pass. If this is not a common occurrence for your dog, I highly recommend consulting with Harmony's veterinarian to ensure she isn't becoming dehydrated or some other abnormality.
