My dog has cancer. Why is he suddenly having involuntary anal leakage?

my dog has cancer and has recently started experiencing involuntary anal leakage. Not diarrhoea but small amounts of faeces leaking out

Poor Ninja! I'm not sure what kind of cancer he has, but if it's intestinal, this anal leakage could be related to his cancer. It could also be due to injury to his tail or spine, or anal sac disease. I would have Ninja seen by a vet tomorrow for this so the vet can diagnose what is causing the anal leakage and what treatment options may be available for him.
