I am unable to find a plant called philadrium and assume you meant philodendron. This plant contains calcium oxalate crystals that can cause irritation to the mouth and stomach if ingested. A dead leaf probably has little calcium oxalate and the risk for toxicity would be low. If Molly's mouth seems irritated, or if she's drooling or she vomits I'd recommend seeing a veterinarian. If you were talking about a different plant you can repost your question with the scientific name (Genus and species).
