Dog throwing up blood for days, still active. What should I do?

Hello, My dog has been throwing up 3 days now, first day 4 times second day 5 times and today 6 time. There was blood when she threw up yesterday and today. She is still playing and acting normal. I don't know what to do. Pet's info: Dog | Shetland Sheepdog | Male | unneutered | 14.4 lbs

Poor Shelby! I would have her seen by a vet immediately. It's quite serious that there is blood in her vomit, and that could be caused by a trauma to the GI tract from all the vomiting. The vomiting could be caused by eating something rotten, GI illness, a foreign body, intestinal worms, or pancreatitis. The vet can diagnose what is causing her vomiting and can treat her for it. Please take her into a vet now.
