When can my 1-month-old puppy eat solid food and why won't he sleep?

Hey.. my puppy dog is now 29 days old.. he is having new teeths so can i give him solid food like suji toast by which he can get relaxation.. One thing more. My pet doesn't sleep at night.. he fulfill all his sleep in morning and than he doesn't sleep at night and also want us to wake up. Wht should i do pls suggest

He is too young for solid food, he needs puppy milk replacer only at the moment. in about 2 weeks you can start him on wet puppy food. regarding the sleep, that will rectify itself once he gets a little older.
