My dog is shaking, won't move, and can't sleep. What should I do?

Yesterday my dog was laying on her side when I came in from school idk whats wrong with her she can eat and walk but she's leaning on her shoulder like something is wrong and she dont want to move and she'll stay up all night and wont sleep, and she'll shake for no reason idk whats going on im very worried please tell me what to do. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed

This sounds like she may have a severe injury or balance problem. I strongly recommend an urgent vet check to identify and treat the source of her pain and discomfort as these are not normal behaviors
