What's causing my puppy's stiff ear fur, pus, and cracked skin?

Hey I have puppy that's 2/half months old. And as I was petting her I noticed her fur under your ear was stiff so I was pulling it back and noticed puss. I shaved the area and it's all crackly and puss is dried up on and around it. The skin looks cracked and like pot holes. Idk what it is.

It sounds like she has a bacterial skin infection so she should be examined by a vet for treatment. Your vet can shave the area, flush and clean the area, and then prescribe an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory, if needed, to help treat.
