Hello!! I have a 3 month puppy cocker spaniel. Since her first deworming she's been pooping fresh blood and loose poop in the last drops. This doesn't happen everyday. A part from that she's a happy, healthy, playful puppy with good appetite. Thank you so much for your time and help!!!!

Poor girl. Since she is behaving normally I would assume this isn't caused by a parvovirus infection. However a coccidia infection is likely. She could also be having bloody stool due to stress on her GI Tracy. She needs to visit her vet for a fecal exam to look for coccidia eggs. Coccidia takes a special kind of dewormer to treat it. If none are found then a short course of antibiotics +/- probiotics (Culturelle over the counter can be tried) should clear up the bloody stool. I hope she gets this resolved soon!
