It sounds like Stella may have a UTI causing the bad smell and blood in her urine. She needs to see a vet for this as soon as possible. The vet can do a physical exam, blood tests, and urinalysis to confirm she does have a UTI, and can prescribe antibiotics to treat it.

    Thank you for submitting your question regarding Naughty. She may be experiencing a urinary tract infection causing the blood in her urine if she is not due to come into heat for another couple of weeks (July 26). Infections are typically accompanied by straining to urinate and an increased frequency of urination. She could also have another problem with her urinary tract such as bladder stones. She will need to see her veterinarian to be sure. I hope this information helps!
