My dog has pregnancy symptoms but isn't showing. How to confirm?

My chihuahua was mated 1 time on 01/04 and this is her second and last litter. I am pretty sure she is pregnant but she doesnt seem big like she was the first time. She has all the symptoms but Im not sure. Is there any way that I can be sure? Is there something I can do myself? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 8 months old | 8 lbs

Unfortunately there is no way to know for sure yourself, the only ways you can confirm her pregnancy is to either have an ultrasound done by your vet or an xray, otherwise it could just be phantom pregnancy which will display all the symptoms of pregnancy without her being actually pregnant.
