It sounds like your dog has a few things going on. Given that the limping is in her hind limb, she could have torn her cranial cruciate ligament, has meniscal damage in her knee, has a luxating patella, or may have strained or torn a muscles. The blood tint in her urine is an indication of a UTI or bladder stones. I would have her seen by a vet first thing in the morning. The vet can do a physical exam, lameness exam, blood tests, urinalysis, and possibly x-rays to diagnose what is causing the limping and blood in her urine. Once the causes are diagnosed, the vet can discuss treatment options with you.
