My Yorkie threw up blood and won't eat. Is it an emergency vet visit?

Small yorkie won't eat all day just threw up blood. Worried if I wait till am to take her in it will be too late just threw up once got her to lick some chicken broth and very small pea size amount of wet food. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 5 lbs

I would have Bentley seen by a vet immediately. It's quite serious that she threw up blood, and that could be caused by eating something toxic, a foreign body, trauma to the GI tract, or GI ulcers among other causes.
