Why is my dog twitching and has mouth sores? Should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 20 lbs

My 1 year old beagle's front legs chest area have been twitching almost non stop for the past couple days she'll just sit up with her eyes low and she trys not to move her head she also has soars around her mouth I don't know what's wrong should I rush her to the vet ?

...I think the sores around her mouth may be completely unrelated to the twitching and should be investigated differently; these may be compatible with spots of skin infection or potentially allergic/autoimmune type of inflammation.

    These signs could be compatible with a partial/focal seizure episode and should be ideally confirmed and stop immediately with appropriate medical treatment. Considering your description of the signs, I would strongly recommend a check up as soon as possible.
