My 8 month old cat is making weired noise an puts her butt up an tail on side? is she on pain? idk what to do!! Pet's info: Cat | Siberian | Female | 3 months and 30 days old

It could be that Misty is in heat! Being more vocal, and lifting her butt up with her tail to the side are signs of heat. If she isn't spayed, that's the more likely explanation for her behavior. If you don't want kittens, I would keep her indoors and away from intact male cats, and have her spayed once her heat is over in three weeks.
