Why is my older dog's penis swollen, purple, and peeing often inside?

Older dog swollen penis, purple in color. Is urinating in house and urinating often.

Poor Jay! It's extremely serious that he has a swollen penis, and if it's purple in color, I would be concerned that the blood supply is reduced to his penis. It's also not normal that he is urinating in the house often, and that could be caused by a UTI or bladder stones. I would have Jay seen by a vet immediately so that his symptoms can be diagnosed and treated.
