I have a litter of Rhodesian Ridgeback puppies they are 6 weeks old. They do not have fleas or scratch and stay in the house always. One has thinning hair on her back. She is the only one. They eat good and drink lots of water and are wormed regularly

Puppies can have Demodex mites that cause hair loss without itchiness. These mites are not contagious. It is also possible that she has another type of skin infection like ringworm or a bacterial infection. I'd recommend having a veterinarian examine her skin. A skin scrape to look for mites under the microscope might be recommended if the pattern of hair loss looks consistent with Demodex.
