I would not expect an orange seed to cause any serious - even in a very small dog like Zia, it should pass through her GI system without any problems. As long as she is acting normal, I wouldn't worry. If she has any vomiting over the next day or two, or doesn't want to eat, then it would be best to have her seen by a vet to make sure that nothing serious is wrong.

Because it was only one seed, the risk of obstruction and toxicity from it is relatively low. If you wanted to be 100% safe, you can take her into the emergency clinic to have vomiting induced with a shot to remove it from Zia's stomach, but she should be ok. If she chewed the seed, then I would be a little more concerned, and the vet visit would be a good idea in that case. I hope this helps!
