Is it normal for my 11-month unneutered dog to hump and ejaculate?

Hi so my dog was sitting on my bed and them what seemed was he humped the air a bit and them what seemed was that he ejaculated it was like he peed a little it seemed clear. this all took about 5-10 seconds. He's 11 months and un neutered. Also his penis looked to be fully out. Is this normal when a dog is maturing? Thank you.

I believe this might be a repeat of a previous question I just answered, so I will post the same answer below :-) It sounds like your dog is masturbating. Unneutered dogs can masturbate and ejaculate. This is a normal behavior, and if you don't want this to continue, I recommend having him neutered as soon as possible. He may continue masturbating, especially if he's learned it feels good, but it will stop him from ejaculating.

    It sounds like Rocky was masturbating, and unneutered dogs can masturbate and ejaculate. This is a normal behavior, and if you don't want this to continue, I recommend having him neutered as soon as possible. He may continue masturbating, especially if he's learned it feels good, but it will stop him from ejaculating.
